We can advise you on the right

printing process for your project.

We’re a team of dedicated professionals who focus on quality and service without making a fuss. Our recent investment in the latest digital colour production and pre-press equipment means you get top-notch prints every time. That’s why we’ve built a loyal customer base—and we’re excited to work with you too!

Digital printing

Digital printing is ideal for short runs that require a fast turnaround. An ideal alternative to offset printing, digital printing is suitable for personalising items such as newsletters, reports, brochures and catalogues.

Offset printing

Offset printing is the most common printing technique for commercial quantities, as the technology allows for larger volumes and sheet sizes, to be printed quickly and economically with excellent control over colour and ink density.

Letterpress printing

Letterpress Printing is one of the oldest printing techniques, using relief printing it allows for an impression to be left on the paper. It is popular today for wedding invites and unique business cards as it leaves an antique finish on any job.

Large format printing

Whether you’re advertising upcoming events, educating with infographics, or looking to spruce up your living space with funky wall art, our large format prints offer vibrant colours, sharp details, and a wide range of sizes to suit any purpose.

Meet the Print SA team.

Lindsay

Owner & operator

As a young fella way back in 1974 I was the disappointing second son from a six child family in New Zealand. So disappointing my parents considered a waste of school fees and teachers time, so took me out of school at age 14 and got me into a printing apprenticeship. I qualified as a letterpress printer, having experienced a vast variety of job types, from printing wedding invitations with handset type, foil printing on mattress labels, printing and die-cutting cartons, labels and a myriad of other types and styles of printing. In 1980-81, I was running a gravure machine printing wallpaper.

When I came to Australia I worked in general print businesses and worked on web offset machines printing newspapers in Townsville and Darwin. Also in Darwin, I ran a business printing continuous stationery, you know the paper with the holes down the sides! About the time I moved to Adelaide in 1996 the digital printing age was upon us. I started Cockatoo Printing Services in 1998 we changed the name to PrintSA in 2008 and have continued to stay at the technological edge with our current digital printing platform. It’s been an interesting journey but I don’t think it will make a best seller any time soon!

Plockmatic bookbinder

Our Plockmatic digital book binder allows us to create saddle stitched books with a square back finish. This is a great addition for diaries, notebooks and catalogues and it doesn’t cost any extra!

Consistency

As qualified printers we take the time to make sure your job prints at the highest possible quality EVERY TIME and when it comes to colour we can guarantee as close as possible colour matching for continuity of your brand.
